The position will also require effective collaboration with a diverse medical team and maintaining a clean, well-organized reception area.Responsibilities:• Welcome patients warmly upon arrival and assist them throughout their visit.• Manage accurate and efficient admission and discharge paperwork for all patients.• Verify and update patient insurance and demographic information in the system.• Collaborate with a diverse medical team to ensure seamless patient care and billing procedures.• Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area to create a pleasant environment for patients.• Uphold stringent confidentiality guidelines at all times, adhering to patient privacy laws.• Handle the use of various medical software such as Allscripts, EHR SYSTEM, Medisoft, and Microsoft Excel.• Perform various billing functions and manage charts and graphs as required.• Contribute to clinical trial operations and manage insurance related tasks.• Apply chiropractic knowledge as necessary in a medical setting.
